Griffin Hospital Senior Meals Choice Program
 The “Griffin Hospital Seniors Meals Choice” nutrition program is a program that serves tasty meals in a friendly atmosphere at the Griffin Hospital Dining Center. Nutritionally balanced, hot, meals are available three days a week. The program provides dining on Tuesday and Wednesday evenings at 5:00 P.M. and lunch on Thursdays at 11:45 A.M. in the Dining Center.

Fee: We suggest a contribution of $3.00 per meal. Donations are used to supplement and expand nutrition services. If a person is unable to make a contribution, service will not be denied.
Eligibility Requirements:
Individuals must be 60 years of age or older, or the spouse of an eligible individual, regardless of age.
Application Process:
Reservations must be made one day in advance by calling TEAM, Inc. at (203) 736-5420 ext. 203 between the hours of 10:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. (for example, to eat lunch on Tuesday, call in a reservation on Monday).
